From the Turkish kitchen come Iskender and Ali Nazik kebab, lamb chops, sac tava and homemade mantı. For something different, choose from fresh seafood such as grilled sea bass and Norwegian salmon, a wide selection of pastas and risottos (with gluten-free options), stone-baked pizzas, generous salads and signature burgers. To finish, there is katmer and künefe alongside panna cotta, cheesecake and chocolate soufflé.

The drinks list celebrates Turkey’s own vineyards: every wine on the menu is made from local grapes, from Öküzgözü and Kalecik Karası to Narince and Sultaniye.
