Our foremost aim is to implement our environmental policy—adopted to protect the environment, to show respect for other living beings no less than for ourselves, and to safeguard their right to life—in accordance with current laws and practices and, above all, with the support of you, our guests.

The matters set out below will be continuously updated to reflect contemporary requirements and needs, with the objective of full adherence to environmental sustainability principles and minimization of environmental impacts; however, the overarching goal will never be compromised.

• We measure our environmental management performance, monitor these data against our targets, and strive for continual improvement.

• We aim to provide our employees with training on environmental matters and to enhance their awareness.

• We aim to minimize waste generation and promote recycling. We review our waste management processes, develop strategies to reduce waste, and implement measures to prevent waste from harming the environment.

One of the most important steps in sustainability is ensuring energy efficiency. The Hotel General Manager shall also be notified immediately; where deemed necessary, the accompanying guest shall be required to provide more detailed information about the child.

If a reservation or room entry is identified involving a minor (under 18) who is not a family member and does not share a matching surname, the Front Office Manager shall be notified.
