From the land to the table

Anatolia is one of the oldest farming lands in the world, home to thousands of years of grains, fruits, herbs and recipes. At Nuz, we start with that heritage and bring it to the table through a modern kitchen: familiar flavours, fresh ideas and plates designed to surprise.

The menu

The menu moves between Turkish classics and Mediterranean lightness, with dishes created only for Nuz. Our meat selection includes house specialities you won’t find anywhere else, such as the Adana kebab burger, a playful take on one of Turkey’s best-loved flavours. Local and small-producer drinks complete the table.

The setting

Set on Ticarethane Street, the quiet lane known locally as Istanbul’s “Gastronomy Street”, Nuz welcomes travellers and Istanbul locals alike. With its warm, intimate atmosphere, it is a natural choice for a relaxed lunch or a romantic dinner, a few minutes’ walk from Hagia Sophia.
